Moving House

“Soft computing” is giving into imagination and if you are armed with imagination, the world lies at your feet.  I believe that in today’s India with a growing population of 1.2 billion, every family, big or small, rural or urban, would be hard pressed for a sizable house. But for an average middle class Indian family to build a conventional house is prohibitively costly. And for the rural poor and those below the poverty line, house is sometime a dream. But I have a dream that houses could be made in an unconventional way, in a way that would make it easier to build the parts in a short time and can be quickly dismantled whenever there is a need to shift to a new place. Modern textile industries can be exploited to weave tough flexible material which can be strutted in the inside by flat aluminum plates. A wall, for example can be made up of such two layers like that of a bag that has no opening. Now such a bag can be inflated with an electric air pump. If...

Signing a bond by the talented students is a must!

I am sure that a lot of natural resources are becoming a waste due to government’s bad policy. Our govt. has a vision that the brilliant and talented products of our nation are going to bring upliftment in this country. But, this is not the case. The students who take admission in govt. colleges are generally merituous and so government takes their responsibility and bears a huge cost due to these students. Compare to private institutes, due to this reason, everyone prefers govt. institutes. Everything is fine and fair till this stage. But, as the students pass out from these prestigious universities, is it not their responsibility to perform their duty for mother India?????? These people don’t understand that the country needs them and they can bring a lot of change in the present conditions. They forget the reason behind their success. They start becoming ambitious and start doing everything that will lead them to zenith. They become very selfish!!!!!!!! ...

A strong and a direct writer can change the society

Words are the biggest weapons for a writer. In many situations, words speak louder than actions. During partition of India, there were big patriots who were trying to mold the society by their writings. They were producing patriotic feelings within their readers. Really a good writer can bring lots of changes in the society. A strong writer has the power to bring revolutionary changes by his direct statement in the novel or stories. The newspaper editor has a very important role for the entire community. The public is really affected by the daily newspapers. If the editor, each day, on the first page prints all the violence pictures that include murders, terrorist attacks, 20 people killed, 5 year girl kidnapped…………Yes, everyday, this is happening. Unfortunately, these are real facts but to display on the first page creates violent thoughts, frightful feelings, it really creates negative ideas on the reader’s mind. A responsible and a critic editor will publish sport news or any...

Trio-power nations

What is my dream India? The dream to see India at high position, India becoming a developed country, highly technologically advanced, country with immense wealth...........this is a dream of a common man. But my dream is to see a different India where on both sides of the Indian map, once again, her 2 sisters would reunite again and would enjoy the past glory of 1947. The things which we studied in our history book that Pakistan and Bangladesh were all a part of India; we can see this in front of our eyes and can experience the amalgamation behind this unity. At present Pakistan and Bangladesh are hanging and India is just holding them and giving them support. But, when they reunite, everything would be united, the wealth, the army, the cricket team, the hockey team............and it would become triple talented nation. This is fully possible as India’s culture, background; history is same as Pakistan’s and Bangladesh’s. We can mingle with each other and in the united nation ...

My Tutorial Life - Tuition

Yeah, it is surprising to hear the word ‘tutorial life’. It is common to think about the memories of college or school life but this is a ‘tuition life’. Really after I completed my school final, I am seeing the walls of coaching class rooms. Before we entered the entrance gate of Ravenshaw College, we got views of our tuition sirs. And, we rarely visit our great famous Ravenshaw College because we don’t get any benefit of attending classes except attendance shortage. It is not that the teachers are horrible students but are not good tutors. Their career background might be excellent but they are not using their knowledge when interacting or communicating with us. So it is known to all that for coaching classes teaching, we are safe today. Otherwise, there would be no exam conducting and we would not have been that serious, so, at the end of the day, “we don’t know anything” this would have happened to us. In Ravenshaw there is only name and fame but having no gain. In school, ...

Is too much knowledge dangerous?

Today is 12th august, 2009. After a long time, there is a full stop to my academic exams and revision tests of subject wise. But, only for one week, then, again the same marathon race will start about the files and piles of books...... let it be. We have to do it for our career. So, now, for some minutes and particularly, at the moment, let’s come out of the chemical, physical, and mathematical library to thoughts of a literary minded with the Guru Tagore’s ideas and in the Shakespearian language with Sherlock Holmes suspense including Jules Verne and Charles dickens’s humour. Ya, ya I at least know the names of these great and authentic writers, poets, authors........ But i am not going to write anything of that standard. I am a comedian and I want that by reading, my writings, one would try to think something which they would have never dared to or had never imagined also.  So, I start............ Why everyone is crazy in this world to increase their knowledge in everyth...

The only man who can define cricket!

Image
On 5th November, 2009 a living legend made another history. Again crossed his own records, made his country proud and gave a magnificent performance on the field, entertained the crowd with series of fours and sixes. He created the headline news, the breaking news, the closing news and every news. Unfortunately this little patriot’s contribution was not enough to make his country to get into victory. Yes, your guess is perfect; he is the master blaster, little master, the passionate cricketer sachin Tendulkar. What a man Tendulkar is! Really his statement “cricket is my passion” is perfectly correct. Otherwise for 20 years one could not have continued to be an opener, the man of the match, the best scorer, the man of the series and everything. Sachin crossed the unbelievable 17000 runs in his ODI career he made another century i.e. altogether 45 centuries in one day. Half centuries are 92. No one is going to beat him at least in my lifetime. He is number one in every record. He is ...
