Signing a bond by the talented students is a must!

I am sure that a lot of natural resources are becoming a waste due to government’s bad policy. Our govt. has a vision that the brilliant and talented products of our nation are going to bring upliftment in this country. But, this is not the case.

The students who take admission in govt. colleges are generally merituous and so government takes their responsibility and bears a huge cost due to these students. Compare to private institutes, due to this reason, everyone prefers govt. institutes.

Everything is fine and fair till this stage. But, as the students pass out from these prestigious universities, is it not their responsibility to perform their duty for mother India?????? These people don’t understand that the country needs them and they can bring a lot of change in the present conditions. They forget the reason behind their success. They start becoming ambitious and start doing everything that will lead them to zenith. They become very selfish!!!!!!!!

So, nothing is a bigger waste than this. They move to foreign countries for earning money. They become citizens of other countries and serve their nations. A big problem behind India’s progress is brain drain. 

According to me, we can’t stop taking genius students in our govt.-affiliated universities but we should make these students sign a bond at the time when they take admissions. This will pressurize them to stay and serve their own nation after passing out. If they don’t accept the bond, they are allowed to study in private Institute, as this would not cause much harm to country’s natural resources.
